Modern Wealth Management, a registered investment advisory firm, has partnered with business owner engagement platform RISR to enhance its support for entrepreneurs seeking integrated financial, tax, and succession planning advice.

Modern Wealth, launched in April 2023, oversees more than $8.5 billion in assets under management; its offers services that include financial planning, tax preparation, estate planning, and investment management. Its collaboration with RISR brings new digital tools to its network of advisors that aim to deepen client relationships and streamline planning for business owners, RISR said in a statement. 

The integration allows Modern Wealth advisors to consolidate various components of a client’s business and personal financial life – such as tax documents, succession plans, liquidity goals, and business valuations – into a single platform. 

“Business owners require more than portfolio advice,” said Jason Early, founder and chief executive of RISR. “They need coordinated guidance on succession, liquidity, and tax strategies. Our partnership with Modern Wealth helps deliver that level of integrated planning.”

RISR's platform offers tools to help advisors identify risks and opportunities across multiple financial disciplines, surfacing key issues before they become obstacles. For Modern Wealth, the technology enables it to support advisors around how they run their businesses.

“As we expand across the US, it’s essential that we equip our advisors with tools that allow them to scale without losing focus on the client,” said Jason Del Col, head of advisory services at Modern Wealth. “The RISR platform aligns with our integrated service model and helps our teams have more strategic conversations with business owner clients.”

Founded in 2024, RISR was developed to provide advisors with a unified view of a client’s personal and business financial picture. The firm’s software supports a wide range of planning areas, including exit strategies, estate and legacy planning, tax efficiency, insurance, and retirement preparation.

Modern Wealth’s adoption of RISR reflects a growing trend among RIAs to address the complex, intertwined financial lives of business owners with specialized tools and advice. As firms seek to differentiate their offerings and meet rising client expectations, partnerships such as this one are becoming increasingly common.

FINNY
FINNY AI, an AI-powered prospecting and marketing platform for financial advisors, has launched Multi-Channel Campaigns. This is a capability allowing advisors to build fully-automated, multi-channel outreach sequences in minutes. 

The prospecting feature combines LinkedIn Actions, AI-generated voicemails, personalized emails and handwritten direct mail into a single, fully personalized outreach campaign. It is designed to turn leads into clients.

Within Multi-Channel Campaigns, FINNY is introducing LinkedIn Actions, a new capability that enables advisors to schedule LinkedIn tasks such as connection requests and direct messages within the FINNY platform. 

“Personalized, multi-channel outreach is becoming table stakes to stand out in a crowded, outbound world,” Eden Ovadia, co-founder and CEO, said.

Broadridge
Broadridge Financial Solutions, a global fintech, has taken a minority stake in Uptiq, an AI platform for financial services. 

Integrating Uptiq's technology into Broadridge's Wealth Lending Network provides financial advisors and banks with access to applications that automate securities-based lending workflows, deliver insights, and enhance client outcomes, Broadridge said in a statement.

"This strategic partnership helps modernize wealth management, addressing the growing demand for artificial intelligence in financial services, as well as a need to develop a better wealth lending process that is efficient, compliant and personalized," Mike Alexander, president of wealth management at Broadridge, said.

The Broadridge Wealth Lending Network is a digital platform that connects wealth managers, financial advisors, and their clients with a network of lenders that extend securities-based lines of credit.
